That is a new PR for me on the 2 min Sit-up Benchmark but Push-ups continue to be a major frustration point.

Anyone have any recommendations? It seems once I string anything more than 7 push-ups together I feel a combination of fatigue and tricep cramping that has me shot for the rest of the WOD and it will take me 3+ days to recover.

As always great WOD and no better way to start the day!

Rob, try taking time every day doing as many push ups as you can from your knees and drink more water for cramping

    Quads on fire

But it's good to be back, missed a couple weeks. Ain't nothing like a good crossfit workout to kick my ass and remind me how much more work I have ahead of me.

  11. Where are all of our slackers out there failing to post their scores. We had a great showing tonight at Apex and very few scores.

Make sure you remind everyone to post their scores if you notice someone missing from the comments section!

    Thanks see everyone tomorrow night.

Rob, the best thing to do for push-ups is more push-ups.

I have a routine I do where I do the maximum number of push-ups in 6 sets in 10:00. You can also try doing TABATA with push-ups for 6 or 8 rounds. Like anything else, you just have to work at it.
