Who's happy that the wod is over?

Looking forward to this wod tomorrow, I think since there are no burpees, pull ups or thrusters after the last two days.

Warmup: 90# 20rm. Had to break at 15 and finished the rest. WOD: 80# ttr. Brutal WOD for me. Definitely didn't pace myself with the cleans. Did 48 reps first 3 mins. Took me 5 more mins to do 32 reps and gave it all I had for final 2 mins and finished with 20 reps. The cleans completely wiped me out. TTR helped me with a better rom. Core is smoked! Finished at 17:58.

WU
70# Push Press 20rm. These felt pretty good.

WOD
19:38 60# decreasing down to 30# for the last 25 or so. 24" box and TTrack. My form on the Power cleans is not good. I need to really work on it. Thanks Shanna for the pointers and the help. I will get it. It is the coordination and timing of the elbows and getting under the bar that I just can't get. Because of that it just took me forever to get the power cleans done. I had to push on the TTrack and air squats to get in under the cap.

WU 103# split jerk, ran out of time, could have gone up.
20 PP at 53#. Just picked that weight, and went with it but could have gone a bit heavier.

Warm-up:
Couple of crappy Split Jerk reps at 165# before going back down in weight to work on form. Then 20 solid PP at 95#. Definitely not my 20RM but felt strong and fast getting them done.

WOD: 17:56 RX

20RM @ 95#
I'm much more comfortable with a split jerk instead of push press so this was a weight I was happy with.

Capped @ 20 minutes with only 2 reps left of toes to bar. One of my worst movements in CrossFit but with a light power clean @ 65# this should have gone much better...

WU: PP 75# for 20RM

I probably could have gone heavier but still figuring myself out on weights and reps.

WOD: 18:28 65#, 20"box, TTP

this was really tough. actually surprised myself that I finished.

17:57 65#, 20" box, TTP

65# 20 rep - tricky for me because I heavily favor push jerks normally. 13:51 45# and ttp

Warm up: 80# PP. happy to say those were very tough, I think that was my 20 rm.

WOD: 16:40; 55# clean, toes to post. What an incredibly tough workout, very rewarding. Great day!
