Warmup: 135# 5RM. WOD: 17:45 80#. Broke way too much on the push jerks. Rolled the dice and got my wish to run the mile instead of 2k row. Feeling lucky today! It was an absolute struggle to get up this morning but glad I made it in. Great WOD today.
Warm-up--195# 5 rep max FS. Had no problem getting the 5-4-3-2-1 reps done in the 15 minute time cap. Wondering if I could have made it at 205#.
WOD--14:19 at 90#. Rolled the dice and got the row, which didn't help my overall time.
My intent was to have 100# on the bar but screwed up the math.
Told Clayton I was gonna pull a 7:15 on the 2K row and got off the erg at 7:17, which I was satisfied with.
Not especially happy with the FS and Push Jerks, too many drops. Should have showed more heart, especially at 90#.

I like to run far, but I'm not fast so I was really happy to run a 6:55 mile. Fastest mile I've run since high school. Thanks for pacing me Frank!

Had to go low on this due to still being sick and the front squat buried me after the warm-up.
Thanks Wags for the extra encouragement at the end. I was pretty convinced when I got off the rower at 11:00+ that I was going to get a DNF.

9:31 for my 2K row. Have to admit I was pretty ticked that I pulled "Row" when I was set to run in the rain. Even brought my raincoat... But such is Crossfit. I got off the rower and didn't feel like I was going to die.Thanks Steve, for making me no longer hate rowing.
I did Lurong level 2 10:05. I'll probably do this WOD at open gym on Sunday.

Ended up with the run which actually seemed easier than the Row. I ran it in 7:55
The run didnt seem like a mile so I checked it against Map My Run. If we exit the front doors "as we would enter the gym for class" and return to the second set up steps we will have an exact mile.
Food for thought if people want an exact Mile.
