10/12/13- Drop a 50 Spot

50 Ring push ups ( reg push ups)
50 Box step ups 20" (db or kb in both hands 25+/26-)
50 Floor wipers 95/45 (R/L=1)
* No racks use only something you can pull from the ground while laying down
50 jumping squats

I liked this today. It was fun. The sprints definitely got me warmed up and awake.

Push-Ups-regular
Step Ups 15#, 20"
Floor Wipers-65# I managed to do 2 sets of 25, so I could probably go up next time...this is one of my favorite ab exercises

The board said 65# was women's RX, here it says 45...Either way, this was my first exercise at or above RX! Pretty stoked about that :)

15:30. Push ups were brutal and on the step ups I had to take breaks because of the weight pulling on my shoulders. Definitely a good day.

Sprints: 34 seconds on the 200s that I got the times for. 400's: 120 and 1:17.

WOD: Ring push-ups, 18# per arm and 24" for step-ups. Floor wipers - 65#.

10:15. My goal was 10:00. I'd like to do this WOD again and get under 10:00.
