I completely underestimated this one. AirSquats and running are a weakness. Push press is a strength and 30# is super light for me. I thought I could make up the time on the push press. My plan was to get through all 50 first round and break once on the 2nd round. Well, that didn't go as planned. Live and learn, just not my day.
Did this at home today, Tuesday. Looking at the times I feel like something was wrong, although I ran around my property which is about 400 m... Took me 19:02 for both round as prescribed..... So it looks like there was a time cap!! Oh well did the whole thing!! Followed it up with Concrete Boots!

Still nursing two injuries, wrist and shoulder, so I'm scaling heavily this week. Actually nervous that I won't be 100% for Rally on Sunday...
Worked with Missy K. Did 90# OTM for 10 min.
DNF for wod. Make it thru 42 air squats in last set. Scaled run to 300m.
WU: 110# Jerk EMOM for 10:00.
WOD: 10:16. 30# PP. Should have went RX.
The second run after the first set of squats was tough.
Warmup: 125# emom. Likely could have gone another 20# or so...
Wod: 14:47 Rx. Just squeaked that one in....
Warm up worked push jerk up to 150# and used 100# for the EMOM.
WOD: DNF, got up to 51 air squats on the 2nd round. Used 30# bar.
