Warmup: got up to 135# failed 145# on the hang clean. WOD 121 burpees 35# DB. Felt good today on the burpees.

I'm not sure if it's more fun to do burpees or watch athletes do burpees...either way, I love em. Great job 6 a.m!

Warmup-- Adjusted the warmup to 2 DL and one hang clean to mimic the ladder at this weekends comp. Made it to 175# before stalling.

WOD--138 with 35# DB

Got up to 115# on the 2DL Squat Clean and started dealing with a really tight shoulder. Thanks to Coach Jessica for helping me try to loosen it up.

WOD 68 burpees 25#. Complete suck-fest

I suffered on this one for 100 burpees with a 40 lb.dumbell. My gas tank still needs a lot of work.
