Yes I am....Saturday and I am not in the 1st heat...yeah!
My first wod is around 10:30.

I will also be up there on Sunday, cheering/coaching my wife and the rest of Apex Nation

Competing Sunday and am also FINALLY not in the first heat :) Our luck is turning around, Bus!

Will have lots of goodies at the Rally both Sat. and Sun. All 100% Paleo.

WU:
Got up to 255# on the regular DL lifts both standard and reverse grip. 265# on the Sumo Dead Lift.

WOD:
10:04 90# and Double singles...I was planning on just doing singles on the jump rope but doing the first round I was on a roll and ran right past the 50 and didn't want to break and rolled right up to about 85. So I made the decision there to go for the doubles only broke once on the first 100. But since I decided on doubling and moving weight up (encouraged by Josh lol) it made this a little more of a struggle but it was a great workout. Thanks Josh!
