Got caught up at work and would've been late, so I tried to get a lil something in at home.
15 minutes of jump roping (made it to 7:39 without breaks, and then made it from then until 15)

Well that was plain old hell!! This is the first WOD that i haven't got in under the cap in a very long time! Pushups just kill me!! I think I need to go on a pushup blitz so that they no longer kill me workouts!
Finally finished it around 15:10 70# SDHP and 44# KB. I don't feel like the weight was the issue. The pushups after the first round just smoked my arms and it all went downhill from there.

So I have been thinking about last night's WOD because it has been bothering me. I think it may have been more of scaling issue than I originally realized. Kevin M and I were talking about it. Even though pushups are a definite weakness, if I have lowered the weight on the SDHP and/or kettle bell I may have had more left for the pushups. So I need to be more mindful of that when there is a weakness in a WOD like that for me.
