Warmup: yoke+80#. Not sure what the yoke weighs but we estimated about 70#?. First time using the yoke and it definitely was different.
WOD: 19:22 35#kb 750 singles 90 burpees. Just when I thought we were done with burpees for awhile it came back today with a vengeance. Shoulders were smoked from the ropes!

Loved hearing Tanya on ESPN last night!
I used to ride the bus with that little girl and her pigtails:) Now she is on ESPN as a Sports Commentator! So proud and in amazement to see her doing something in life that she absolutely loves and is passionate about. Nice job, Girl!

Thanks Josh for telling me to stick with 26# when the voice in my head said go lower...I was fine and didn't break until 80. broke 2x after that
I learned I can jump singles all day. Original goal was 500 but I didn't break until 560 when I tripped. Broke 2x after that.
Did the yoke, without adding weight to it.
