this was really tough. legs are totally shot, but definitely a weakness so glad I didn't miss this one.

I've had this conversation with Josh, and I'm still on the fence honestly.
140 reps @ 95# Felt super tight, need to keep hitting mobility. Really like AMRAP style WODS when you know you have a little rest coming up. Makes you dig a little deeper.

When I stripped the bar I realized I had 90# on there not 100# which was my intention. A little ticked off at that blunder. I agree with Shanna. I kept moving on the burpees knowing a rest was coming soon.

Rob C and Kevin, I was in that same conversation Kevin had about 35+ vs Scaled. Based on my read of what Josh was saying, 35+ sounded like the better option. If you go scaled there could be 20 year olds in that group. Where as if you go 35+ they'll program the WOD based on who signed up for that group.

Felt rough this entire WOD. I had gotten rolled out, muscle stim, and adjusted before I came today but it didn't help after 3,2,1, go. Every burpee and deadlift was brutal on my low back.
Despite my pain it was totally worth it!

Today was fun. I have this abnormal fear of unbroken box jumps. I'm terrified. Was able to do it on the 24"...they weren't always pretty, but got the job done.

Now I realize why this one is called Chiro! My whole posterior chain is cooked. 61 reps with 225 lbs. in hindsight I should have gone lighter and faster. Live and learn.
