Warmup: snatch grip deadlift 3rm 185#. WOD: 2 of my weakest movements, OH squats and squat snatches in the same WOD was definitely a struggle this morning. But, I can say that the snatch seminar was a huge help. Put into use a lot of techniques I learned at the seminar. 12:09 60# 30" pike hspu.

For the warm-up "continued" to focus on DL form and mobilizing my Hamstrings between sets. I actually touched my toes for the first time today with no knee bend.. WOOT!

I'm not competing because it's time for Missy to get her first taste of competition. If you think I'm competitive, you haven't seen anything. Let's just say we didn't speak for 5 hours in college because I beat her at bowling. That's right...bowling.

I got a serious butt whooping today. Thanks to Tyler for coming over and yelling at me until I did my last 2 wall climbs, or I'm not sure I would have. I'm trying to work my way up to better hspu so I'm okay with a slower time and working on moves that are harder for me.
