Forgot to add warmup: stayed at 105# on the snatch complex. Although I feel like I can snatch a lot more after the traumatizing WOD 5 complex at the rumble.

Got 185 on snatch. Failed it last time we did this complex. Just missed 195 same issue as before.

Lost some time setting up the weights on the bar. Like it when it's like this - more like a sprint than a marathon.
Warm up: 80# on the snatch complex. Definitely a weakness, but improving.

Also, when I grow up I want to be able to lift like Cindy aka my favorite rabbit and person to peer pressure into lifting heavier lol. Love that we have fantastic trainers and great people to push and be pushed by every day :)
WU: 100# snatch (PR). It was ugly, but both Lou and Julia confirmed for me that it was not a "no rep."

I only did 50# on Snatch complex. I'm just not comfortable with weight overhead. So I kept it light to keep working this and working form. Just little things that Keith pointed out made all the difference.

I am pretty sure I did 8-10 extra Med Balls. I was trying to think so much about doing them correctly that I stopped counting and then forget where I left off. So I started counting again where I last remembered. Oh well extra work never hurt no one, right lol. Keith - Thanks for the push on those last couple of FS.

I forgot to write my weights and times on the board but I was
12:14 30#PP, 10#MB, 65#FS.
Warmup - I stopped to 75# squat snatch. I definitely need to concentrate on keeping the bar close to me. I struggle with the coordination of stabilizing the bar overhead and squatting at the same time. I feel like I have the power to get the bar from floor to overhead but the squat at the same time throws me off.
