Partnered with Jason

I went 45#
Nice job digging deep Jason! Gradually getting better at rowing. Felt pretty easy to keep it under the girl's time. Jason just had to freakin look at the rower and was under the guy's time!
I like when we do the technique work as a warm-up. Thanks for the pointers Josh and Keith
Worked with Ray.

I did 115#
and Ray did 45#.
Ray was awesome! Bumped his weight from 35# to 45#so that we would have less plate moving in the transition. He rowed all 500 meters, keeping his pace under the 1:52 mark. He held the 115# bar for me when we got to the last few rounds of both thrusters and snatches, which were killing me. And to top it all off he killed every round, beating me for reps every single time.
Really challenging WOD but I was really inspired by everyone's effort.
Partnered with mike D. 15:58 mike hit 65# and I did 55#. I am enjoying the slew of partner wods lately. I want to push harder and at the same time there's some imposed rests that give me time to keep from fatigue. Fun working with you today Mike! Glad to be back at a regular Saturday morning class and wod with great people:)
