WOD: 18:56. 35 reps for the first 4 movements then 40 reps rest of the way. 44#kb 14#mb 80 singles. Took awhile to get going after the beating my body went through yesterday. First time doing this WOD. My kind of WOD for sure.

Agree with John, I had a bit of a WOD hangover from yesterday.
Pull-Up Challengers:
People are little confused about todays sets.
It's a max number, but you pick the max set number. The goal is to maintain that number for all 9 sets.
Pick your number wisely!
Example- I choose 3 pullups for all grips- I want to maintain 3 pullups for all 9 sets

First time doing Filthy 50 and I definitely underestimated this one. Probably shouldn't have watched so many videos of guys doing it in sub 15 minutes.

pullups: green band 2/2/2, 2/2/2, and discovered I cannot do wide grip pullups so I did sets of 2 deficit holds

1-1-1-1-1. Almost got two on one of them but I kind of squirmed my way up.

Strict Pull-ups:

Strict pull-ups are depressing.

3. couldn't pull myself up with wide grip so I held for 20 secs bend arms and then lowers slowly. For all 3 sets.
This was my 2nd workout, and I'm loving the experience so far.
