I smell a clean & jerk on the horizon
At that exact moment winning was the last thing on my mind. That first wod nearly made me tap out for the rest of the day. Took about an hour before I could even think about wod 2.
Warmup: 60# snatch grip sp, stayed at 60# for complex. Shoulders felt like crap this am. WOD: 32/42/111/8 65# stone, 30"box pike. Found out what a slider was this am. The fact that they save that one for last is just evil. Push ups 35/30/30. Pull up challenge day2 4/4/4. Wide grip was tough.

This was my first tabata workout..that was no joke.
HSPU-21 (first two rounds without an ab mat, 1 ab mat for remaining. 1 consequence round)
Sliders-oops, 7 NOT 8 (got 2 during one round, was about a foot away from having 2 on another round, 1 consequence round...my feet got stuck literally inches from crossing)

Warmup: 58# on last complex
WOD: 48 stones (45#), 31 strict press (45#; murderous), 80 squats, and then 7 - missed 1st and 3rd rd of sliders so I did bear crawls for the last 5rds.
Pull-ups: made it through to 3reps, only got 2 for my max effort afterwards bc of some extra push-ups in between ha. Did my actual sets this AM with two .5s per set. I am going to start counting my push-ups from now on as full reps as long as my chest hits first and my worming stays as minimal as physically possible to push for more reps. Yay for more work :)

I liked the snatch work in the warmup. Cindy thought something was wrong with me because I liked the snatch press better then strict press. I also like snatch balance too. I may not like either if I went heavier then 40# though.
