1st set of push ups 35/30/30 this am. 2nd set 35/30/30 this afternoon. Did pull up challenge day 4 and 5. Probably wasn't smart to do it back to back. Day 4, fell off the ladder at 6. Day 5, 5/4/3/3/3. Worked on my front squats today. Did 5 sets of 3's. Starting with 125# and ended with 165#. Did 1RM after the 5 sets. Hit 175# PR and 185# PR. My squats needed a lot of work and definitely has gotten better. Goal is to hit 200# before the new year. First open gym for me since I joined apex and got a PR!
Pull up Challenge -Day 1 5-4-3-3-hold with bent arms for 20sec. Second week of the challenge and I couldn't get more than 3 pull ups with my band last week, today I got 5. I was so excited.
Also, did Day 2 later in the day bc I missed a day. 3 sets of 3 with different grips. Except wide grip I can't get any lift on so I held for as long as possible with whatever lift I could get.

Doing day 5 tomorrow. I guess it's ok. I feel discouraged but I know it's the first week. Hoping for the best!!
