Warm-up: 5 TnG power cleans at 165#.

WOD: 12 rounds + 10 reps at RX+. Scaled up to a 24" box per Julia's request:)

Dan served as an excellent pace setter today, keeping me moving by staying about 10 reps ahead of me for the last 10-12 minutes of the WOD.

pullups: 2/2/2 2/2/2 (green band) and I switched to a purple band so that I could actually do wide grip and decided to do max sets 3/5/8 (pushups to do done in a couple of hours when my arms are back)

Good WOD...couldn't hold onto jumping 20" box but alternated step ups and jumping every other round.
