Traveling the rest of this week. See you all next week!
WOD: 21:25 35#. All lungs today! Thanks to daylight savings, I was actually able to see the road this am during the runs.
"I love this pumpkin so much!!!"
Apexers, be sure to wear our reflective vest and belts when running in the dark!

23:00; 26# KBS. In July I hit the cap and I was even scaled down to 400m for the last run. Great to see improvement. Those push ups are still brutal though.
Still sore from the Rumble, so I came home, walked the dogs for about a mile, then did a 2.75 mile run!!!
I was feeling really good today...much better than Saturday. I was a lot more relaxed. Did better than I thought.
Running is a strong point for me so I made up time there, and Amber unknowingly kept me going on the KBS. I wanted to stop but saw her keep moving, so I held on longer. Made it through half of the ring rows before needing to shake my arms out.

Ring rows and push ups crushed me...had to break like a million times! Grr!
WOD:
23:25 35# KBS
Pushups are still my nemesis and the ring rows didn't help. I have been doing pushups virtually every day since they totally wiped my in the last WOD I did that had them. So they weren't as bad as they have been. But not where I need to be with them yet. And now I feel completely balanced. My legs and butt are still pretty sore from Saturday. Now my arms and shoulders are sore as well. So I feel complete!
19:05 44# kbs.
Don't know if was the temperature change or a change in my fitness level, but I shaved 1:17 off my time and went up a step in the kettlebell weight.
Its been a tad under a year for me now at Apex and this was the first time I've had a redo on a WOD.

PU and ring rows were a tough combo. Enjoyed seeing the 5pm crew:)
19:22 @ 35#. 45 seconds faster than last time.
I feel like I should be able to do this in under 17:00 - 2.5 minutes run, 2.5 minutes KBS, 2.5 minutes, push-ups, 2.5 minutes ring rows, 4 minutes row, 3 minutes run. Breaking 17 minutes shouldn't be a problem for me. I would like to do this WOD again.
I'll be out of town the rest of the week. See you guys next week.
