9:04 30" pike and box jumps, 55# lunges. Walking lunges were a struggle even at light weight. Still getting my legs back from the rumble. Big UPs to Bernadette this am! She killed it with the 30" box Jumps. Forgot to mention one of my favorite moments from the rumble was when Chris H. Popped open a bottle of beer with his wedding band. Mind blowing!
WOD -n-WINGS was created by rob miller (cf del val) and tanya wagner on their way to a level 1 training. Its a blast! Some of the original local affiliates get together for a fun wod(not a comp atmosphere) and eat wings. Each affliate is responsible for having members of their gym create batches of wings....that are to be gobbled down post wod. Last year apex hosted it, this year del val is hosting. who doesnt like to hit a wod and then eat wings? In the past we AMWAP'd- as many wings as possible in 2 minutes Played hooverball! Good times!

Heavily scaled today while still dealing with effects of the Rumble.
WU worked up to 105# push press
WOD 9:13 30#db press, 26" box, 45#
WOD 7:12 tripod hspu, 24" box, 45#
Out of town, but still working out.
Warm-up: 1 mile run on treadmill (in about 7:30, did the last 1/4 mile in 90 seconds).
About 10 minutes of yoga.
L-sits: EMOM for 3 minutes. Got 30 seconds on the first attempt. 15 seconds on each of the next two.
WOD: 200 push-ups and 300 air squats for time.
40/60 x 1.
16/24 x 5.
12/18 x 6.
8/12 x 1.
Time: 16:03.
Post-WOD: 1 mile run on treadmill (7:41).
