I went light on the deadlifts and squat snatch bc I'm still nervous about having a back spasm...I know my back strength will come in time. I definitely could have gone up in the bench weight. It felt easier the whole way through.

First time doing something like this and think I scaled appropriately for my current abilities.
12:39 95/55/33# only my squat cleans were different from this summer (and 2lbs barely qualifies ha), but I was almost 2.5 minutes faster. My first instincts are almost always to chase weights so Bus's lesson about showing improvement in more ways than one is well noted :)
Still out of town and still working out.
At CrossFit Rubicon today:
In 10:00 - 3 sets of pull-ups for max reps followed by 3 sets of push-ups for max reps.
Pull-ups: 36 + 13 + 11 = 60.
Push-ups: 35 + 13 + 12 = 60.
36 pull-ups ties my PR.
After abouta 5 minute rest, 1.5 mile run for time: 10:40.
Got ripped off though. I thought I was going to CrossFit Tyson's Corner. I ended up at CrossFit Rubicon, which I didn't figure out until after the fact. And Rubicon charges twice as much for drop-ins as Tyson's Corner. Apparently, these two affiliates are right down the street from each other.

Beat my time by 1 sec from last time but went up in weight on the DL this time. I like repeat weeks :)
