29:59 14#mb. 1:49 faster than the first time we did this WOD on what I remember to be one of the hottest days of the summer. Hanging on to the med ball during the mile was bit of a challenge because my hands were so cold but once I got warmed up it was all good. Awesome job sixers! Way to push each other.

Every time I think that was the hardest WOD yet, there is a more difficult one. And today was the most difficult to date
My Time was 13:40 8#

So excited about my results this morning. I can hardly contain myself!

Went 27:03 in July and this morning went... wait for it...

22:40!!!!!

PR'd by 4:23 in about three months. Ridiculous!

This Crossfit really works!

So, after a restless nights sleep thinking about this one I can say it's tough but not horrid. My anxiety was really kicking in as endurance is a weakness. I am glad I didn't dodge this one ( believe me I was on the fence). I finished under the cap and kept moving. I also had an iPod on for he first mile and that helped.

Maybe I'm a sicko, but I really liked this workout.

23:50/8#med ball

I kept a comfortable pace, so I think if this comes around again, I'd either carry a heavier ball or I'd try to push the pace faster.

So I was pretty excited by the warmup. First time I was able to string 10 straight pull-ups!! Now I need to tighten me up and keep all together and these should keep getting better. Very excited about that!

WOD 28:01 using the same scaling as in July. RX'd the distance on the runs with a 14# ball and did 30/15/15 on the BPU. My time in July was 37:02!! I am extremely with that improvement!! Biggest difference for me was lung capacity. I just worked on keeping moving through the whole workout without stopping. I remember in July having to stop quite frequently on the BPU. THANK YOU APEX!!

scaled the same as last time:
1 mile/30 - 400m/15 - 400m/15 with 14# ball

time: 28:14

my time in July: 35:51

very happy with that improvement!

So if you were not aware, I disipise running. When I saw this WOD I didn't know if I should cry or be sick. Instead I sucked it up and showed up. I have to say after running with a silly 8# ball, I love burpees. And I even scaled the run!

29:46
1000/60 JPU
600/30 JPU
200/15 JPU

14# WB. 29:32.

I missed this WOD the first time.

I felt like the running went pretty well, but the burpee pull-ups sucked. I'm pretty sure I could have dug down deep to find another gear there.

30:10.... I think. Maybe I should have posted it Friday, instead of Monday....

used 14# med ball. didn't hit this one back in July, although I'm sure the time would have been worse. Still hate running, but it sucks less, or perhaps I suck less.
