Minute 1: 12 Single arm overhead squats (6 each side, DB or KB - athlete chooses weight)
Minute 2: L-sit hold (30 seconds)
Minute 3: Shuttle Run for time (30 feet x 4)
*If athletes can't hold weight overhead, have them hold the weight on their shoulder in a front rack position
*Athletes will record their times for each shuttle run. The shuttle run consists of completing 4 lengths of 30 feet. Have everyone line up with their backs to the clock so when they finish their 4th trip they can see their time.
