We made it to 5cals on the last row or 395 reps :) I used 95/65/55#, he used more than that? I'm the worst haha
Gee, thanks Pete for leaving me out. I was paired with PETE and Lou. My wod was different in that I didn't contribute to the time but my job was to go light enough to that I could go rep for rep with Pete and try to row a consistent amount of calories when he was on. I managed to hang with him throughout on all barbell movements (even moved it faster at the end... ) but not even close on the row.

He used 185# DL,135# HPC, and 95# GTO.
