*Sgt Major Jerry Dwayne Patton,
40, died on 15 October 2008 during
High Altitude High Opening (HAHO)
training while assigned to Army
USSOCOM preparing for deployment to
Afghanistan.
He is survived by his wife Molly and his
sons Chad, Cody, Chase and Connor.

1. 31:40 10:37/7:38/ 12:27 horrible on the second mile walked a few times. Real slow on and off the rower as well.
21:23. Great push today from Lou Williams...just didn't have the kick at the end.

First mile 9:00 second mile was 9: something
But since I got back last I had to use old rower and it was the most difficult row ever
