8/24/15- Head over heels

Kids Classes this week will be 
Tuesday, August 25th @ 6pm Thursday, August 27th @ 5pm.

2015 Fall Schedule: BIG CHANGES
Starting August 31st

1. Group classes on Friday's will now be at 5pm.
2. Junior classes (12-17) will run Monday through Friday at 5pm.
3. Kids Classes (2nd-5th) will run Monday and Wednesdays 6 - 6:45pm

NEW ADDITIONS
4. CrossFit Endurance WODS, Fridays from 6-7pm (use current membership, nothing else required)
5. Apex Fit Classes (Find out more here:http://www.crossfitapex.com/apex-fit) Come Try it FREE! 2 weeks only Spread the word, tell your friends. Tuesday and Thursdays 6pm September 1st through September 10th 
6. Everyday of the week Open Gyms- times to come

Kipping HSPU with 1 ab mat......these took me twice the time it took me to complete the first 2 movements...

Thought I capped out but Chris just told me we were going off the wrong clock! Whoops. Still had 5 minutes to finish my last 9 HSPu's
