2015 Fall Schedule: BIG CHANGES
Starting  Next week August 31st

1. Group classes on Friday's will now be at 5pm.
2. Junior classes (12-17) will run Monday through Friday at 5pm.
3. Kids Classes (2nd-5th) will run Monday and Wednesdays 6 - 6:45pm


NEW ADDITIONS
4. CrossFit Endurance WODS, Fridays from 6-7pm (use current membership, nothing else required)

Great workout thus morning. Love that Apex not only does a great job at developing top notch athletes, but remembers the other athletes as well, in addition to giving back to the community!

Exactly 4 rounds this morning....3,2,1 second was 8, 9 burpees box jumps!!! 26# KB, 20" box
