Pretty happy with the progress on PP. I have eliminated the redips and the weight is starting to climb again.

WU: hit 110# in my last set, after missing at 115, which was still a 15# PR :)
WOD: 22rds 55# and ku, luckily I didn't rip until right at the end!

Then I did the Fit class because I'm silly and I loved it! I wasn't aware that it would be a variation of the regular WOD (even though it makes complete sense); we did air squats and building situps so my abs were pretty cooked ha. Erica ran a tight ship and I'm a huge fan of group cool down stretching :)
26rds + 17, lost my medball that I was squatting to at some point and did straight leg situps
