1. DL warm up 365x5 5 sets across on the 2:00
2. Ying Yang, partnered with Mark S RX weights and singles 18:11. Went unbroken on WB all 3 sets happy with that.
3. 8x200m runs 2:00 rest all 40/45 SEC.

Used 115/135/155# (definitely flirted with that line between challenging and maybe too heavy ha), 6# to 10', she did singles and I did 40 DUs.
Awesome work tonight and a virtual high five to everyone because that was rough.
In the Fit class I was Mark O's partner and we got 1400something meters rowed, 400+ jump ropes, and 65 kb deadlifts using 53#. Todd programmed a great little WOD and I was ecstatic to be rowing instead of more wallballs :)
