Every 3 minutes, complete the following:
3-6-9
Power Snatch (95/65)
Chest to bar pull ups
*Once an athlete can no longer stay on the 3 minutes, they are finished. Goal is to get into the third round.
*If an athlete completes 3 rounds, then the rep scheme increases to 4-8-12.

Pissed that I missed finishing 2nd round. Was feeling the suck and need to be able to work through it.
