2 rounds time each individually
250m row MEN, 200m row WOMEN 10 box jump overs 24"/20" (may not touch the box at all) 5 burpees 1 round timed individually 500m row MEN, 400m row WOMEN 20 box jump overs 24"/20" (may not touch the box at all) 10 burpees 2 rounds time each individually 250m row MEN, 200m row WOMEN 10 box jump overs 24"/20" (may not touch the box at all) 5 burpees *Each person will have 5 individual times as a score.
