  1. Omg. Friday's dip fest smoked me. Although the soreness has subsided, I physically could not do the dips in today's workout no matter how hard I tried!

    I did 3s instead of 5s, negative dips on matador (barely) and kipping HSPU.

    That was my fastest mile since "someone" decided to "remeasure" the mile...
