I had every intention on doing the Apex home WOD until I bit the dust on the box! Instead I did a little accessory work because it hurt a little too much to run on again and am trying to learn to not push if something hurts!

Lauren and I did a little "globo-gym" workout in Karen Kelly's garage:
5X5 deadlifts followed by 5X5 overhead press
I used 155# DL Lauren used 95# DL
and for overhead press I went 55/65/75/75/75 (really sore from pushups! what was I thinking?) lauren did straight 35s
