So after the fall off the box yesterday my shin was bothering me a little too much for doubles soooo I did this instead:

1) Back squat wave

2) 500 m row (buy in/ buy out)
3 rounds:
30 weighted ab mat sit ups
15 reverse lung with sandbag in front hold
15 Devil Presses (35/25)
