9 Push Press (135/85)

w/135 lb PP, 2nd thru 5th rd
w/115 lb PP, if I didn't I would have gotten 2rds done. Hits shoulders.

Got our new C2 today. Awesome!! We had some fun playing around. Finished my best 1000m row in 3:20. Need to get that down as close to 3 as I can.
Tanya finished a 1000m with a 3:52, Elaine for her first time on a rower completed a 4:45, and poor Billy ate a big dinner and was about to blow chunks 400m in so he had to back out. Time for bed. See ya'll soon.

So excited...we got our rower just in time for the wod today. (thanks to the government's stimulus check!!!)

This sucker gassed me. What a difference using the rower instead of a high pull. My legs were like jello on the lunges. Hands are still a mess from yesterday so did pike hspu instead of Push Press, and 35lb db instead of plate for lunges.
