6-13-08 "DB Bear"

5 Deadlifts
5 Hang Cleans
5 Thrusters

Complete these 3 exercises as fast as you can in a minute. Time left over within the minute is rest time. Complete this order of exercises every minute on the minute for 20 minutes.

If you have access to larger db's you are supposed to use 2 db's that add up to 50% of your body weight.

It looks like its one consecutive movement....so when you say 5 of each, do you mean 5 of the combined movement or 15? Im going to assume 5....?

5 of each meaning: 5 deadlifts, then 5 hang cleans, then 5 thrusters = a total of 15 reps
