Im happy we did this. Even if there wasnt a specific focus on the total itself, it was still nice to get a ballpark for were we are all at. On a side note, I can definatly feel my lower back and legs as I take the stairs and walk around at work!
There is something about these lifts that really tire you out even though it is not as strenuous as other workouts for time. I was happy with my totals today. BS 315lbs, SP 175lbs and DL I only did one attempt at 365lbs. Felt a bit shaky in the back so didn't want to push it. Should be good for atleast 425 at the games. (Fingers crossed!) I would like to mix heavy DL's sometime at the end of this week to keep the back strong.
