All Done! Back is very stiff. 11:00 flat. Did knees to elbows straight sets no breaks however the deadlifts were a different story they kicked my butt.

To live another day!! Your turns tomorrow!

Well that was rough. First time with 215lb. Beat my time from before using 205 so I'm psyched about that. My knees to elbows are getting better but my hands are killing me! Still can't get these calluses under control. Tired and now it's time for the pool!
