21-15-9 for time:

Burpees
Walking lunges w/barbell on shoulders
Sit-ups
Single arm Db snatch (21-15-9 w/ each arm)

Did burpees instead of wallballs this morning at training (thanks Mike & Keith!) I would have taken wall balls- I HATE those burpees! Also did butterfly sit ups, 65lb bar for lunges, and 25lb dmbls for snatch. Kim, thanks for being there to motivate me to use that amount of weight!! It took me a while but I got through it (even had a cheering section through the last round- thanks for the encouragement everyone!)

Im going to assume you mean 'the other' Mike, as there is nothing positive I could add when filling in those blanks.

It started with "sunny without cher"....and then it was all downhill and raunchy after that =0)

Maybe ill compile a list and follow up with it later...

Great work this morning ladies! I wasn't able to do the WOD today due to Landscaping however....20 min as many push-ups as you can get (I'm having trouble typing)
276- that was one of the hardest workouts yet!

Dude rock on Buss for the 20min amap pushups. Thats nuts! Goodluck with the chest tomorrow. Maybe we can do some bench press in the am:)

Tanya and I did todays WOD by our lonesome at Franconia. Not to bad. Ran an 800m immediately following the workout.

... blue moon without the orange, halloween without candy, a bubble bath without bubbles, "earohs" without rice milk :) ...I'm done.

Good workout today...had a little fella named Josh doing the wod next to me so we were sure to push eachother along. Then went for a little mile cool down jog on wobbly legs. used 20 lb dumbbells and the bar only. Go ahead ANGIE...throwing all that weight around...thatta girl!
