I thought you said..10 pu/bur 10 rounds. even so I only made it through 7 rounds before time ran out....had to go to work.
still....at pull up # 40 I do believe my chin went above the bar!!! ask mike he saw it.

Minnucci I saw alteast a half of dozen chins over the bar. Rock on girl, keep up the good work. The hard work is paying off.
GOAL:5 in a row chin over the bar without a rest. You are right there.

I was dragging today. After round two I wanted to quit....what am I talking about? I wanted to quit before I even started....staring ahead at 120 Burpees!! It took me a while, but I did all 10 rds.

Had to do "FGB" @ B&G club w/following adjustments.
25lb DB Thrusters for M.B.
35lb plate flat to floor for KBSHP
No air in the B&G gym. Sweated so much able ring my shirt out.
This WOD hits total body.

...as for the am wod tomorrow, it's already been designed...we shall see ;)
