newbie alert! Hi guys, okay, Tano and Josh- did my third day in a row- managed to squeeze it in even working 3 12-hour days!! can you say 'obsessive and stubborn?'. LOVE it! since i'm so new and getting the feel i had to do some modifications- but it did the job and is a whole lot quicker than running 8-10 miles!!! definatly will have to seek some fine tuning on my moves but will first continue to gain strength so as not to embarrass myself too much. :-)

Khara you GO girl! So proud of you starting to CrossFit. Any questions let us know. If you are not working tomorrow Angie (Tanya's sis) and Missy are coming to the Cottage to take on a WOD at 4pm. Let me know if you can make it. Keep up the good work and hopefully we see you at a workout soon.

Khara I'm so happy to see you are already at it! Way to go...you'll soon be hooked and addicted like the rest of us. We'll set up a time in the next couple weeks to get together. Keep up the great work and keep that list of questions rolling...so happy for you to join the fun! Keep posting your work and efforts. Hope this week is going well for you and you're not too sore to do what you need to in the hospital :)
