I can hardly pick up my arms. Felice you were totally right about this WOD. I felt really good up until my 10th ring dip into the 2nd round.

Finished 6 rounds +5push ups
Ran a mile after the WOD not for time.

I wanted to have some sort of upper body movement for friday and saturday so I did a 5K instead. My stupid nike plus crapped out so I didn't get the exact time but I was around 26 for 3.2 miles.
