Well so much for me thinking it played to my strengths. That workout was a b*tch! My arms still feel pumped though, which is nice for not getting a whole lot of arm stuff.

Angie kicked my butt also. I have blisters across my hands....Nothing compared to Tanya so that's the last you will hear about them.
