Yeah...my first wod repeat. Had a little trouble with the air squats after a week off then CFT yesterday. So my knees took a beating and squat count was down. Still ended up with anew PR. Old score was 416, new score was 447. Hopefully this is a sign of things to come with more repeats on the schedule!
