did 400 in 10:55 first try doing 400. a month ago it took me 8:33 to do 200 and i was shaking afterwards. i did 250 last week and did feel much after the workout. looks like i need to keep the 400 now!
you guys are funny...molly, I love it! I did 400 as and I know this time I could say they all counted...deep enough, hamstrings engaged, much better than the first round of 400. sit back, get deep and power up from the hips!

I missed Sunday's WOD. I'll make that one up. I'm not sure how you post results for a rest day -- a couple hours of gardening, 1/2 hour dog walk...
