Warm up prior to starting your first 5 reps. Increase weight each set of 5 reps and progress towards your max which should be attempted in fifth set if possible.
Didnt do backsquats today...EEWWWW backsquats! Since I was ditched by the typical friday lunch people who are drinking margaritas on the beach...I managed to join the late firday morning crew for Helen.

I think I was 11 or 12 min the first time I tried it. This being the second time im happy with my 8:59. Its a little rough with dumbells instead of kettlebells. Was fun though and thanks for accomidating me guys.
yeah, so i didn't do the back squats either! did Helen instead. 10:51. no idea if it's a PR b/c i didn't time it my first time i did it :-) oops! looking forward to a lakehouse wod tomorrow :-)
