Come on Scraps! Next time you do FGB it will be APEX style- 95lbs for men. Murph trashed me today! I couldn't believe how many people posted time of 30 min or less. 43:23 with the clown on my back! and no vest. My legs and tri's are J-E-L-L-O!!
Buss, ... sadly my trainers didnt think I was man enough for the APEX style 95 lbs, so they put on the prescribed 75. Had I known then how disappointed you would have been, I would have objected.
Looks like we will never knows what would have happened.....you know, if I would have schooled you with the 95 too =0) MMUUuuahahahah

Well Cindy and I had a private meeting today in the backyard. I did 18 + 5 pull ups, 10 pushups, 3 air squats. here's my complaint for now. my knees hurt- both equally, squats seem to bother them, as do my modified push ups ( i am starting to mix in regular push ups too!) but this buttercup is suckin' it up :-)

Its just a cindy with a warm up mile in front and back..but do it quick cause they are timing you.
