10min AMRAP of:

15m overhead carry
5 squat cleans
15m walking lunges
5 squat cleans

*Bar is used on each of the exercises. Lunges place bar on back.

Thanks Apex, Wagners and Woers (hope i spelled that right) we had a great time. Its good to know you can complete a WOD in any mental state and I think sunday proved that. Cause hey you never know.

Oh Kim, I unfortunatly didnt miss this WOD. I couldnt get the energy to get out of bed in the am, but made it to Montco and did it with the afternoon group. Although we didnt have veggie pizza...sooo lame!!

I agree that the shindig was a really great time, and something that should definatly happen with some regularity. Its good to have great people to train with and even better to have great people to party with.

Cya all in the am, as long as its not "the Badger"!!!!!
