5 rounds
Time each individual round and rest 3 min between rounds.
20 pull ups
30 push up
40 sit ups
50 air squats

Add up your 5 times for your total score.

Hey guys! I did the burpee/box jump WOD at home this morning. It was killer and took me 28 minutes. At the end, it's a scary thing to think you're actually looking forward to the burpees...

This WOD was really tough. It has alot of the elements that I excel at, and I really thought I would kill it this morning...but it took my body to a place I havent seen alot since starting crossfit.

My body didnt want to cooperate with my mind. I felt light headed and numb through most of the WOD.

I think it takes a weird toll on your body with the stop and go of that 3 min break. You go so hard, then your body thinks its over and 3 min of rest end and your back at it.....very tricky.

despite my complaining and excuses above, I still managed 16:08 in my first attempt at Barbara

Did a make-up WOD today and took on WAGS. Looking forward to a rest day tomorrow and getting a few extra hours of sleep! Working out at 6:15 am with Missy is killer, I don't know how all you 5:30am-ers can do it!!
