Thank God I Crossfit! i have been Digging, rock wall building, and planting for 8 hours a day yesterday and today. tonight i am going rock climbing. my shoulders and neck are already sore but i know i can do more :-) Thanks to crossfit i used my good form to lift several large boulders today, pull out some really stubborn roots, and still had stamina to go rock climbing. ThanksCrossfit!
