Holy CRAP that was hard! After a long day with a big headache "E" and I thought we'd get in a quick wod to relieve some stress...holy hell did anyone else do this one today?!?!? Please post your times. My shoulders and chest are dying. I shouldn't call this Rx for me since my handstand push-ups weren't full ROM, some I went to my head but not all the way up and others I didn't full flex to 90, more like an unlock and back up. I think starting with those just screwed me up mentally. I could only string together 4 pull ups max, don't know if the handstand pu's got my kip off or what but those 40 pull ups were a struggle. And then finishing with burpees, my word I swear my deltoids were going to fly off my bones. That was hard! If anyone else can identify with me today please post :) Or if this was a piece of cake wod for you well then good for you post your times too!

Elaine, great job...always nice to have the push with someone else when you can here them grunting through burpees the same time you are :)
All I can say is Scrappy I am scared of you after that one. Didn't have a kb so I used 2 25lb dumbbells kind of awkward. HSPU on paralletes were really tough. Took me just over 4min to finish 30. Toughest next to exhausted burpees.
Thanks guys for the kind words. I dont know what to say. I was able to string most of the exercises together. Only two small breaks with the HSPU. Managed 15, then 10, then 5. Only 1 small break in all the other exercises (pllups, KB swings and situps. Burpees, I managed to do 25 quick, then just sets of 8-10 with a 10-15 second rest.
My shoulders pretty much killed the rest of the day though and even now the following day.
Missy and I work a day behind the rest of ya'll. So we did this crazy WOD today (Sept 9) Yeah it was an arm killer from the get-go! HSPU were pike with an arm unlock/lock thing going on. Kip/jump pull-ups. 35# dumbbell for KB swings. Reg Sit-ups and then those STUPID BURPEES!!! What is with all the burpees lately????
Dont bad mouth the BURPEE. In the words of a wise man (Mike Feliciani)...."You never know when your going to have to use a burpee while running away from a bear"
It seemed to make perfect sense to me....so leave the poor burpees alone...they save lives!

used ab mat/butterfly situps and dumbbell 35# dbell instead of kettle
